When a scan surfaces something that needs medical attention, Neko says it refers members to vetted providers, including General Medicine, Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Schweiger Dermatology and the Mount Sinai Health System, or back to a member's own doctor. Neko accepts HSA and FSA funds toward the $499 fee.
